Masonic District RVI- Negros Island, is one of the Masonic Districts under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines. The District is composed of eight constituent lodges strategically located across Negros Island, fostering unity, fellowship, and cooperation among the Craft.

The District is represented by the following lodges: Kanlaon Lodge No. 64, Dalusan – M.V. Ko Masonic Lodge No. 210, and Manuel M. Abello Masonic Lodge No. 260, which hold their stated meetings in Bacolod City; Negrense Masonic Lodge No. 200, Ernesto S. Salas Masonic Lodge No. 280, and MW Ruperto S. Demonteverde Masonic Lodge No. 320, which meet in Silay City; MW Joseph E. Schon Masonic Lodge No. 186, which meets in San Carlos City; and Mount Kaladias Masonic Lodge No. 91, which holds its stated meetings in Dumaguete City. Despite the geographical distance between these lodges, the District remains united in its commitment to uphold the timeless principles of Freemasonry—Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.

Masonic District RVI- Negros Island actively supports the programs and directives of the Grand Lodge through leadership development, Masonic education, charitable initiatives, family-oriented activities, and community service. The District encourages collaboration among its constituent lodges to strengthen fraternal bonds, promote meaningful fellowship, and inspire every Mason to become a better man and a responsible member of society.

Guided by the teachings of the Craft and the leadership of the Grand Lodge, Masonic District RVI- Negros Island continues to preserve the rich traditions of Philippine Freemasonry while embracing opportunities for growth and service. Through the dedication of its officers and brethren, the District remains steadfast in its mission of making good men better and extending the values of Freemasonry throughout Negros Island.
